In the mid 1970's, Rob began his photography career working in a local photography business in Madisonville, KY. Over the years he started doing photo processing & portrait photography, as well as, freelance photography for the Madisonville Messenger newspaper and local schools photography.
In 1978, Rob began working for the Madisonville Police Department as a dispatcher, and would later become a patrol officer using his photography skills in a completely different manner.
In 1981, Rob met Lois, who was taking pictures of a different kind working as an X-ray Technologist at Regional Medical Center. They married later that year, and she began to share his passion for photography. In 1982, Rob became a Kentucky State Police Trooper. He and Lois continued to do some photography for family and friends, and always talked about someday opening a studio. In 1992, leaving his hometown of Madisonville, they moved their family to south central Kentucky. For Lois, who was born and raised in Clinton County, this would mean coming home.
Over the years, they have shared their passion for photography with their children, and have realized their dream of opening their own studio.
Rob & Lois proudly invite you to come share their passion for capturing moments to remember, and make memories that will last a lifetime through photographs.
